How shall I send the original manuscript?
We usually receive documents, in Microsoft Word format or something similar, attached to the quote request form or an e-mail.
Can I have the translation checked by a native speaker of the language?
Yes, it should be possible. Quality management (grammar, etc.) is automatically included for Japanese to English translation work.
How long does the translation process take?
This varies depending on the quantity and the content. If you require a precise timeframe, please send us the original manuscript via the quote request form or e-mail.
Would you be able to help me if I need a very quick turnaround on this translation?
This varies depending on the quantity and the content, so please fill the Urgent Translation Request Form, and let us know the number of letters or characters, as well as the nature of the content.
If you require a precise timeframe, please send us the original manuscript via e-mail or the Free Quote Request Form. Urgent translations are generally completed at about 1.5 ~ 2 times the speed of standard translations. The fee will be approximately 1.5 times the fee of standard translations.
