Translation Service Process

We will ask you to send us the data for translation when you request a quote.
(If you cannot provide the data for translation at this stage, then we will ask you to provide a letter, character, or word count.)

We will send you a quote via e-mail, and also let you know the estimated turnaround time. (If needed, we can always contact you for further instructions.)

We will ask you to officially place a translation order via either e-mail or phone.
(If you haven’t yet provided the data for translation, we ask you to provide it at this stage via e-mail.)

The translator-in-charge will check the manuscript and confirm any specific jargon and other factors.

A native speaker will conduct quality management (grammar check, etc.) for Japanese to English translation.

We will then deliver the finished translation.

Firstly, you will send a request for a quote via the Quote Request Form, Inquiry Form, or phone. If you have not provided the data to be translated via the Quote Request Form, we ask that you input your name, e-mail address, physical address, phone number, and the source and target languages for translation, and that you send the manuscript for translation to our e-mail address.

If the data to be translated is very large in volume, it can be sent at MediaFire.

We will check over the document, and provide you with a quote and estimated turnaround time.

Afterwards, we will ask you to send us an official translation order.

Payment is accepted via credit card (Paypal).

We will send you the translated document via e-mail.
